ARTICLE VIII.             AMENDMENTS  

Section 1       This association shall have full power at a regular association Business

                        Meeting to alter, amend, or revise, this constitution; but it shall be necessary for a majority vote of those present at the meeting in favor for any change to be cast. All proposals for amendments, revising, or alteration shall be submitted in writing to the chair at a regular Business

                      Meeting with action taking place at the next regular association meeting;

                        to be voted on by those present at that meeting.
