Covington Fire Station

            The February business meeting called to order at 1900 hours by President Adam Marchal.

Roll call was taken with 21 members present.

            The minutes from the July 30, 2009 Post Conference Meeting held at Greenville Township was read.

Motion by Sandy Marchal to approve minutes as read, second by

Skip Eskens.  Motion passed.

            Treasures report handed out and motion to accept the Treasures repot as stated on report was made by Bill Westfall, second by Shawn Brandenburg.  Motion passed.

            Old Business – June Conference held by the Gettysburg Rural Fire in conjunction with the Central Western Past Presidents, held on June 25 & 26, 2010.  

            The exact location has not been determined but notification sent later.  The Conference Committee will be meeting with Gettysburg.

            Cindy Westfall reported on the Dance held on October 25, 2009, by the CWFA was a success.   It was asked if we thought it would be feasible to hold an other dance. Some discussion.  We will be having another dance.   She wanted to thank all that attended and especially the committee.

            The Constitution and By Laws Committee and the CWFA Board presented the changes and revisions. 

            A motion by Cindy Westfall to adopt these changes on a trial bases used at the June conference.  Second by AJ Monnin. Motion passed.

            Bowling Tournament held by the Greenville Fire Department, Friday, March 26 and  Saturday, March 27, 2010 at the Treaty Lanes, Greenville, Ohio.  H Deadline for registration is March 12, 2010. 

            A motion to adjourn the meeting made by Shawn Brandenburg and second by Skip Eskins.  Motion passed.
