Meeting was called to order by
President AJ Monnin.
Welcome to the
79th Annual CWFA conference hosted by CWFA
Past Presidents and the members of the Greenville
Twp. Fire
Department.
Presentation of Colors by the
Mercer County Color Guard.
Pledge of Allegiance was lead
by President Monnin followed by the invocation given
by Jim Bradshaw, Union City Ohio Fire &
Rescue.
Response from CWFA - Have fun,
be safe, and use Sportsmanship, remember that the
public will be watching and CWFA needs to put its
best foot forward this weekend.
Honorary Past President Mike O
Donnell, Retired Covington Fire Department then gave
the Last Alarm.

A motion to suspend with the
reading of the minutes of the previous meeting and
stand as in the Packet and also on the website was
made by Bill Westfall 2nd by Tim Reser,
Motion passed.
A motion to suspend with the
reading of the Treasures Report and the report of the
2008 Audit of the Treasures Books as Posted in the
packets was made by Tim Reser and 2nd by
Bill Westfall motion passed.
OLD BUSINESS
A motion to eliminate all
classes of truck judging, due to the lack of
participation, and only have two classes for all
trucks at the Conference. The two
classes would be Best Maintained and Best Maintained
Antique. Was voted on to used as a trial bases at
this Conference.
NEW BUSINESS
P& R Communication spoke
on Narrow Banning Issue.
Gettysburg Fire sponsor the 2010
Conference will have letter for us by the 30 day
meeting.
Bowling Results were announced
(results in packet).
Trophies for competitions will be
awarded at the 30 day meeting which will be held at
Greenville Twp. Station #5 on July 30, 2009 at 1900
hour.

meeting 15 minutes after the closing of this
meeting. Also reminded everyone if the were
competing and had not signed a liability release, one must be
signed before competing. Trophies would be
would be awarded at the 30 day
meeting.
